Currently we only ship to the United States which includes Hawaii, Alaska, and, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do NOT ship to any other countries at this time.
Butler Outdoors will ship your package out the same day if we receive your order before 2:00 PM Est., not including weekends and holidays. Butler Outdoors uses Ups, and Dhl for our shipping companies. All orders on our site will have ability for you to enter your zip code into the shipping calculator to determine shipping charges prior to a purchase. These shipping rates are returned in real time from Ups and Dhl shipping companies. Butler Outdoors can not be held responsible or liable for any package(s) that is lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped from our warehouse. If your package is delayed in any way such as, severe weather, or other acts of nature, we can not be held responsible. Please direct all shipping questions to the appropriate shipping company. We will however assist you in any way we can if any of the above situations may occur. Email us at Shipping for any of your shipping related questions.
Our flat fee shipping rate only applies to United States orders only. The shipping days are Monday through Friday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday, unless you email us at Shipping before 2:00 pm est, and request Ups Saturday delivery. Some items are required to ship truck freight only. If you order an item that is required to ship truck frieght, you will be notified within one business day. Additional shipping charges may apply.
On rare occasions we run out of stock on some items that we have listed. If this happens to occur, we have the means to ship straight from the Manufacturers warehouse. Normally when this occurs, it may not be possible for us to ship the package via the flat rate. If by chance we are not able to ship using our flat rate, you will be notified.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and SHIPPING:
At this time the only International Countries Butler Outdoors will ship to are Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties and associated assessments and fees. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charges by Butleroutdoorstore.com does NOT include any of these fees.
All International sales are final. We can not accept returns from International Customers. Every product we carry has a manufacturers warranty, which should be used in the event of faulty equipment.
Our system now allows you to see if the product is either in or out of stock. Our system is updated once nightly, which means there is a short delay. A product could be in stock or out of stock if our system has not updated for that day. If you place an order and the item is out of stock, you will be contacted and we will either immediately refund your money, or we will give you the option to wait and allow us to ship when the item becomes available, which is usually 3 to 5 business days.
During the entry of all of our items that we have in our inventory, it is very possible for us to make a typographical error. If this happens to occur, we reserve the right to change any page at any time, for any reason, within our store. If you happen to run across an error that we have missed, please email us and let us know at Information.
